1. What type of hair do you sell?
We only sell 100% raw and virgin human hair, ethically sourced to ensure premium quality, durability, and natural texture. Our hair can be dyed, bleached, and styled just like your own.
2. Are your wigs pre-made or custom?
We offer both:
- Ready-to-wear units for quick, convenient slays.
- Custom wigs made to your measurements, style preferences, and lace choice.
3. How long does processing take?
- Ready-to-ship wigs & bundles: 3–5 business days.
- Custom units: 7–10 business days
- Please allow additional time during sales or high-volume periods.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
However, if there is a mistake with your order or a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve it quickly.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.
