1. What type of hair do you sell?

We only sell 100% raw and virgin human hair, ethically sourced to ensure premium quality, durability, and natural texture. Our hair can be dyed, bleached, and styled just like your own.

2. Are your wigs pre-made or custom?

We offer both:

  • Ready-to-wear units for quick, convenient slays.
  • Custom wigs made to your measurements, style preferences, and lace choice.
3. How long does processing take?
  • Ready-to-ship wigs & bundles: 3–5 business days.
  • Custom units: 7–10 business days
  • Please allow additional time during sales or high-volume periods.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

However, if there is a mistake with your order or a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve it quickly.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

7. How do I care for my wig or bundles?

To extend the life of your hair:

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

  • Avoid heavy oils and alcohol-based products.

  • Store wigs on a mannequin or satin bag.

  • Gently detangle from ends to root with a wide-tooth comb.

We also offer Crown Care Kits and styling accessories.

8. Can I use heat on the hair?

Absolutely. Since our hair is 100% human, you can straighten, curl, and style it. Just use a heat protectant to maintain longevity.

9. What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once your package is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We’ll help you file a claim if needed, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
